Here is Trick.
This trick will work in both 2G and 3G Mode and you can also resume the download.

Proxy: 50.22.79.99
Port: 80

After this open the UCweb Handler and enter the following in FrontQuery

FrontQuery: ur free ip/~anonycgi/nph-andripzf.cgi/20/http/

You have to use your Free IP in your state.
