..first install hotspot shield in pc
take 0balance aircel sim connect to pc with apn as aircelwap then u will see that internet is connected in sys, but u could not browse so open hotspot sheild and right click on sys tray icon click on connect ot will open a web page click onconnect that fine u have annonymus browsing and downloading...just use aircelwap apn only without any proxysettings...your net will connectsurely
