Vodafone yesterday(23.05.2011) announced the launch of 3G service in Panaji, Margao, Mapusa, Vasco and Ponda
To activate the 3G service on Vodafone Mobile subscribers need to send a SMS ACT 3G to 111.
After sending the SMS the confirmation SMS will comes and 2G Data Plan will be de-activated in any.
After the confirmation by subscriber 3G Data Plan 'Pay As You Go ' (10p/10KB ) will be activated.
Faster bandwidth means access to high definition video, games and much more are now possible in 3G coverage.
The launch of Vodafone 3G Services isbeing supported by an extensive multi-media advertising campaign that will bring alive the benefits of this exciting and fascinating world of3G.
